IAQ Surveys
Facility managers are often asked by building occupants whether
they have had the air quality in the building checked. There may
not be any specific air quality complaints or health effects
reported, only general questions and concerns. Building owners
and manages know that it is always better to be proactive than to
wait for occupant complaints to arise.
AirWays performs indoor air quality surveys in commercial
buildings to assess:
• Building ventilation per ASHRAE Standard 62.1
• Mechanical system filtration and cleanliness
• Sources of indoor chemical and particulate contaminants
• Sources of mold (fungal) and bacterial contaminants and
the potential for future microbial growth
